Love & Co Love & Co oversee the administration, financial management, compliance and adherence to the Owners Corporation Act and Regulations 2021.
Our key responsibilities include:
Financial Management: Preparing budgets, managing levies, paying bills, and maintaining financial records.
Administration: Organising meetings, keeping records, facilitating communication between lot owners and residents, and ensuring compliance with the Owners Corporation Act and other relevant legislation.
Maintenance: Coordinating repairs in conjunction with the building manager and committee, overseeing the ongoing use and care of common property, and planning long-term upkeep.
Compliance: Managing insurance, enforcing the registered rules, and ensuring legal obligations are met.
Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes and addressing registered rule breaches between residents.
About Fortstone
Fortstone is your Caretaker who is here to maintain your common property through routine cleaning and various other inspections of the common property.
Fortstone has a friendly Helpdesk that can be contacted during business hours for all matters that relate to the common property, including Move In Reservations.
